History: Orochimaru found this village during a mission he had done with his son.He adopted alittle Girl and named her Scarlett.The Villagers were already trianed in the ninja art and is as functional as the Leaf village.Even though most of the village was wiped out and unheard of thanks to the great ninja war,Orochimaru is going to train the village so they can become it's leaders.
